KRH is the line boring specialist. We are genuine in quotes and measuring.
Our work is precise and we use state-of-the-art internal lathes, and machine-controlled inside diameter welders. We also do onsite milling as well as refurbish and rebuild parts, and also offer parts exchange.
KRH can fit in with your service schedules or be onsite promptly in cases of emergency. We know it is cheaper to machine components than buy new parts. We work reactively and proactively and only machine if the equipment is out of spec. If it’s within specifications, we check, measure and carry out quality assurance.
Our liquid nitrogen (freezing) service for pins, bearing, and bushes go hand-in-hand with our line boring. We are also aware some companies will only require the liquid nitrogen solution, which we are happy to offer.

About line boring
Line boring, or reclaiming, is a technical skill and crucial maintenance operation. KRH’s reputation is based on genuine job appraisal and quoting.
We’re happy for mines to plan ahead and book us in advance. That way you can save money by taking the machine apart, and we come in and fix it. Our fully quoted line boring service includes the truck and machinery, and the team will go offsite as well to refurbish stored equipment.
LIQUID NITROGEN
KRH sells and delivers liquid nitrogen and also offers a “freezing” service for pins, bearings and bushes. We can heat and freeze pins, allowing for a “crushed” fitting, or we can leave a clearance.

Our light-vehicle mechanical repair workshop and “headquarters” is based at Clarence Town and we are transforming the current two-bay shed into a state-of-the-art operation. But we are a “mobile” employer and service the Hunter Valley and Central Coast. Currently, we have 45 employees on the books, many of them home-based.
